TERMS & CONDITIONS – NIRVAEL PRO

1. Service identification

These terms govern the subscription to the Nirvael PRO membership, offered under the Nirvael brand through the website.

2. Description of the PRO membership

The Nirvael PRO membership provides access to advanced features and exclusive content within the platform, beyond those available in the free version.

The features included in the PRO membership may evolve or be modified in order to improve the service, while maintaining PRO access for active subscribers.

3. Price and taxes

The price of the Nirvael PRO membership is €3 per year, to which the applicable VAT will be added in accordance with current legislation.

The total amount, including taxes, will be clearly displayed before completing the payment.

4. Payment method

Payment is processed through secure third-party payment platforms.

Currently, Stripe is available as the payment provider. Additional providers, such as PayPal, may be added in the future.

Nirvael does not store or have access to users’ banking or card details.

5. Automatic renewal

The Nirvael PRO membership is billed annually and renews automatically at the end of each billing period, unless the user cancels the subscription prior to the renewal date.

The renewal charge will be processed automatically using the selected payment method.

6. Subscription cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time from their user account.

Cancellation:

  • Prevents future renewals

  • Does not entitle the user to a refund of amounts already paid

  • Allows continued access to PRO features until the end of the paid period

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with regulations applicable to digital content, users acknowledge that once access to the Nirvael PRO membership has begun, the right of withdrawal is waived, as the digital service is provided immediately.

This waiver is expressly accepted during the checkout process.

8. Payment failures

If a payment or renewal cannot be completed due to reasons beyond Nirvael’s control (expired card, insufficient funds, provider restrictions, etc.), access to the PRO membership may be suspended until the issue is resolved.

9. Service availability

Nirvael strives to ensure continuous availability of the service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to maintenance, technical updates, or external factors.

10. Modifications to the terms

Nirvael reserves the right to modify these terms when necessary. Users will be informed of any significant changes in an appropriate manner.

11. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish and European law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Spain.
